Let’s face it, refunds and returns can be a bit of a nuisance. But don’t worry, here at Melle Shop we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible.
REFUNDS - OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY
All products come with a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date. If your purchase does not match the description, if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item please do not hesitate and contact us at email@example.com - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org - we will replace or refund your purchase.
Currently Melle Shop does not offer exchanges - just refunds!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
- Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Melle Shop. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
- This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage or any abuse of the purchased product. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging.
- Our Returns & Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or a replacement.
